He gained a strong interest in the human body and how to optimize its functional capacity not only for those in pain, but also for those seeking injury prevention and overall wellness. As a former athlete he also understands the need for proper biomechanical function of the body as a whole in order to achieve the highest level of performance. Dr. Sarah Hull, D.C.
Dr. Sarah Hull is originally from Syracuse, New York. Growing up, Dr. Hull always had a love for sports and wellness. Over the years and through her past health experiences, she developed a passion for natural health and she knew she wanted to pursue a career in helping others achieve optimal wellness.
Although she loved growing up in upstate, NY, she decided to take a break from the cold weather and complete her education in the sunshine state of Florida. Dr. Hull received her B.A.S. in Supervision and Management and graduated with honors at Daytona State College. From there, she spent an additional year completing the necessary science coursework to begin her education in Chiropractic. Dr. Hull graduated in 2016 with her Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. In addition, Dr. Hull is certified in Webster Pregnancy Protocol and enjoys treating the prenatal population in relation to relieving pregnancy pains, as well as maintaining optimal pelvic positioning throughout pregnancy.

Dr. Taylor Helms
An Indiana native, Dr. Taylor Helms is thrilled to serve patients as one of our doctors here at Storm Chiropractic. She is passionate about treating patients in all stages of life and is thrilled to return to the Hoosier state to serve the community with an open heart.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Southern Indiana, Dr. Helms quickly entered the work force for approximately three years. While she always knew that she wanted to do more for not only herself, but also for others, as well as having a passion for health and wellness, she began to research which educational avenue would best help her fulfill the dream that would encompass them all. After careful consideration of the many health/medical field directions that she could take to pursue that dream, chiropractic soon became the “perfect fit” as it was once her only option of care when healing from a fractured pelvis she obtained while playing soccer two separate times in junior high and high school. Dr. Helms then went on to pursue her doctorate of chiropractic in which she obtained in 2019 from Logan University. During her time there, she participated in various clubs, volunteered, and worked two on-campus jobs, one in the post-graduate department and one at the wellness center on campus. Outside of the classroom and work, Dr. Helms was continually advancing herself by enrolling in various educational seminars and certification programs in hopes to provide her patients with a more well-rounded style of care.
Dr. Helms takes an individualized approach to care for every patient and uses a combination of Diversified, Thompson, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Activator, and extremity adjusting. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), RockTape/Functional Movement Taping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She has obtained additional post-graduate education and certification specializing in performance health rehabilitation, pregnancy and pediatrics, and acupuncture. She will be completing her remaining acupuncture requirements to practice in Indiana this November and will be offering that additional service to her patients shortly after.
Dr. Helms’ favorite part of chiropractic is being able to provide a holistic and preventative approach to healthcare. This approach allows the focus to be on the root cause and in turn, allows the body to heal itself and to function at its optimum capacity. Improving a patient’s quality of life whether it be reducing their pain, getting them to the point where they can enjoy activities that they once had to give up because of that pain, or simplyimproving their overall health and wellness, is the most rewarding aspect of this profession.
In her free time, Dr. Helms enjoys lifting weights, playing soccer and sand volleyball, bowling, running, reading, and playing with her Golden Retriever, Champ. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies and various TV shows, as well as trying out local restaurants and exploring the Greenwood and Indianapolis area.
